Hello,
Our company is interested in the AS9003 complete kit with the Efficient QMS database. We have a few questions:
Since we are a small company with less than 5 employees, will there be a lot of changes to the manuals and forms to compensate for the people that wear more then one hat?
Does your kit come with documented instructions?
Is the kit a download or are copies of the files mailed to us?
Is there any problem or special needs to install Efficient QMS on a WWW Server so that the database can be accessed from anywhere via the web? (We are currently running PHP and MYSQL on that server and can setup a subdomain for the QMS on that system.)

Answer: All hats are subject to the AS9003 standard - there are no exceptions when the Registrar's Auditor asks questions - all personnel need to play their part from the same sheet of music.
2) Does you kit come with documented instructions?
Answer: We try to keep things as simple as possible - the orientation videos are the only resource for installation and use of eQMS - we based operation of eQMS from the perspective of today's internet Browser - if you can navigate the internet you can operate eQMS.
3) Is the kit a download or are copies of the files mailed to us?
Answer: We provide a download link via email to deliver eQMS and another link to download a Zip file that contains a few MS Word documents. The following documents are provided with the AS9003 version of eQMS:

4) Is there any problem or special needs to install Efficient QMS on a WWW server so that the database can be accessed from anywhere via the web?
